When you request one of our products, service or information, FERRER SEGARRA S.A. only requires the essential information to be able to offer a suitable response to your request.

All the data collected are checked and examined carefully in order to prevent fraudulent use.

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities done by FERRER SEGARRA S.A. and can be accessed in the processing activity register (see part 10 of this document: Activity Register).

We rely on the collaboration of third parties and service providers who may have access to personal data as a result of the contracted service or goods supplied.

The data will be stored as long as a commercial, contractual or professional relationship exists with the user and afterwards for as long as necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations in each case.
